    4.2. Channel Management (Lodgify): To manage bookings and prevent double bookings, our website will connect to the reservation platform Lodgify (Code Direct S.L., Spain). Lodgify processes your data on our behalf as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
    4.3. Payment Processing (Stripe): For credit card payments, transaction data is transmitted directly to our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Fjord-Escape does not store your full credit card details. Stripe processes this data securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Data Transfer to External Service ProvidersTo ensure a smooth stay, necessary booking details (such as arrival and departure dates) may be shared automatically with our external property management and cleaning software (Turno) to coordinate cleaning staff in Norway. No financial or sensitive customer profiles are shared with these external workers.
