We highly recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: Full refund of any payments made, minus a processing fee of 100 EUR.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or in case of a non-arrival (No-Show): 100% of the total rental price will be charged.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date of receipt of the email determines the cancellation period.
